Nope. Unlike the Lakers, no loss can "loosen my asshole" because we're not struggling to make the playoffs with a roster that has a 9 figure price tag.
Didn't say we were a great team and winning it all. I said I'd welcome playing your boys - who I don't see as being built for the playoffs. I like how we would match up overall. And no they don't have "just as good a chance at winning in the playoffs" as the Spurs. But it's adorable how these fool's gold wins over tanking teams (who often are kicking the Lakers' asses until the obvious tank job is engaged) gives you hope. As bad as you think the Spurs are built for the playoffs, the Lakers are even built worse. You do realize your team plays terrible defense and has Mike D'Antoni for a coach?

After all, the Spurs are very role player dependent (role players often the bed in the playoffs) and I have zero faith in Tony Parker, who is now the Spurs best player and leader. The Lakers are going to be in the playoffs. I said it a long time ago when there was a poll and the Lakers were like a billion games out. If you look at who they face and who the Jazz face, it's a no brainer. How they do in the playoffs is another question. I'd like to see them face the Thunder in the opening round, just so one of them eliminates the other, don't care which. It'd be funny to see the Lakers beat the Thunder though.

2nd seed, Houston in the opening round probably. That means the Thunder plays LA and it will be at least the 2nd round before SA meets a team of their caliber.
