Really? It doesn't make that much of a difference to me.
Although I find the getting too dark too early quite annying however.
That is all.

It'll actually get dark later now. The level of light at 5:30 last week will now be the 6:30 light level. The mornings will be darker, though.
I hate it, because for the first week, I'm dragging. It's like I have to go to bed an hour earlier every night, and I can't.
the only inconvenience with daylight saving is that you have to adjust your clocks twice every year, other than that im fine with daylight saving tbh
I like DST better than normal time. Dont like driving home from work and its already getting dark.
I mostly just hate the first week or two. Once my already tortured body clock gets used to the spring forward, I rather like the longer days.
They are starting DST too early now. It shouldn't start until 3rd week in April like they had it a few years back.
Move to Arizona.
Fuzzy...
You hate every thing and everyone.
Ever think it just might be life you hate?
Why don't you just off yourself, and do society a favor?
I love DST. Gives me more daylight in the afternoons after work to get stuff done. I always leave for work in the dark anyway. It really sucks coming home in the dark too.
That's why I prefer working graveyard. I can sleep when I want, and have daylight when I want.
Working day shift in the Pacific Northwest is really ed in the wintertime. I don't know how real this is to you, but the higher, or lower (below the equator) in la ude, the more the daylight hours change. I will not, by choice, work a day shift job. I simply cannot stand it being dark when I go to work in the morning, and being dark when I get off work.
I am currently pissed at myself. I was on a graveyard shift. My favorite shift. I could sleep when I wanted and had daylight hours I wanted. I took a promotion to swing shift, and hate it. I never took a swing shift job in the past. My father worked swing shift as I was growing up and never did the same harm to my kids. My kids are out of the nest, and I took a swing shift position for promotion.
Damn... I wish I never did. WTF... One pay grade difference... wish I was still on graveyard...
I hate time changes. I wish we would just stay with DST year round.
Yes. In modern times, do we don't really need such antiquated changes.
...
WTF do we now need time changes? Anyone have an intelligent answer to that?
You could move to Hawaii... they don't have it there.![]()
Lucky bas
But I like the switch
You know how those NorthEast winters are ...... sunset at 4:00 pm
Know it's close to 7:00 pm![]()
Daylight Saving Time is the !! More daylight to do things like party, drink and BBQ and make babies!! yeah!!
and for posterity's sake, be honest.
You just made the fan club!
Same people will be saying DST kicks ass once their cell phone clock rolls from 1:59AM back to 1:00AM on that fateful November night.
How bout in Missoura?
That will be DST ENDING.
When my zeitgebers get jacked they stay jacked for a long time. Vacation jet lag is one thing because for the most part I don't schedule stuff around when I wake up and just wing it. Much more entertaining that way. DS messes me up for a month or more though in the day to day. Major insomnia and the like. I need something stronger than ambien cause thats not working.
That and in S Texas, the only pleasant time to be outside is when the sun is down. 3PM in August?
The theory for switching back in the winter was that the nights get so long and the days get so short that the kids would be walking to school in the pitch dark. Of course, the intelligent solution would just have been to adjust the individual school times to compensate by starting later.
I like DST. The late sunset times are great for getting stuff done after work during the summer.
