Women’s lack of muscle has serious implications for their health.

honest talk, that's maybe also one of the main reasons why divorce rate is so high these days. es would want their husbands to do the same for them as their parents did, but no man in his right mind would ever want to wash the used panties for their es or to buy them menstrual diapers or s cuz even the beta males wouldn't do those things tbqh
Although there are a few exceptions, I have to agree with the le of this thread.... but in all fairness, its also the same with men.
I blame it on this new generation of pussies who want to coddle their kids because their parents treated them like the pussies they are. Bring back dodge ball, bring back old school ass whooping's, bring back manual labor as punishment, Teach your kids how to deal with bullies head on and quit being es about it. I had to deal with it, so can they. Sometimes I just want to slap the out of these kids today. I can walk into any given store and easily get incensed about how kids act these days. If I acted anything NEAR what these kids today get away with, I'd have my ass beaten black and red back in the 80's and 90's.

The divorce rate has been coming down over the last decade, most noticeably among the younger generation.
Our society is constantly moving toward things being easier and instant gratification. People are fat because they don't even have to leave their house to buy a giant TV, they can sit there in their bbq sauce stained sweats while some strong dudes set it up for them. everything is automatic, most people don't exert any force because the minor force they did exert throughout the day has been replaced by a machine that will do it for them

I notice that quite a few women are averse to physical exertion these days. I see that a lot of women would rather engage in self deprication as opposed to actual action. Instead, some look toward ridiculous diets an such.

It's not because of our parents. It's because of us. Inevitably we are responsible for our own health. If it was due to posh surroundings and being coddled, then posh surroundings and coddling are bad things, but they aren't. It's about having the integrity and love for life to keep yourself fit. It's the same with ownership of a car, you either trash it or you don't, and there are varying degrees of trashing it. Some people never wash their car, go over on oil changes, run tires till they pop, all that stuff. Others get overly anal about it and spend a lot more than they need to thinking they are extending the life of their car beyond physics. With the body, there are those who went beyond the "wow I need to lose weight" phase to the "I am going to die in my sleep soon, better finish this cake today" phase and they never batted an eyelash. Others eat nothing but fish and veggies and work out 5 hours a day. Both can get cancer at age 30 and die, but the fat one is lazy and doesn't give a .

How is this surprising? We are a people who have managed to find a less strenuous method of ordering a pizza to be delivered, because picking up a phone and talking just wasn't convenient enough.

I don’t agree that women in the USA are weaker & fatter than ever…Drive by any gym in So Cal @ 5 AM & they are filled with women of all ages on the treadmill, exer-cycles & weight machines…
in reality s and Mexi s do all the heavy lifting for all the rich white and lazy people in the USA. Mexicans and Hispanics do all the intense labor and blacks work out to play sports and entertain with their athletic ability. White guys really only work out for beach muscle which is weak compared to construction/labor muscle. Rich white women are skinny and the poor ones are fat. Both are weak though cause they don't really do any household chores(like mexican moms who still make you tortillas and have strong hands due to always squeezing the outta the mop).
