Yep. He's said different things. He's also the one that got S Mattrell McGraw in touch with Texas. It bodes for well for UT that his teammate, DT Courtney Garnett, loves Texas too.

Update on 2015 S Larry Pryor of Sulphur Springs (24/7):
“The coaches said that they really want me at Texas. They watched my highlight tape and liked it a lot,” Pryor told Hookem.com on Monday morning. “They want me to be as interested in them as they are in me and want me to think a lot about playing for Texas. I’m going to go on the 30th and see their spring game with Daylon Mack (Gladewater, Tex. defensive tackle who holds Longhorn offer).”
“I went (to Texas) when they played TCU last season. That was my first visit. When I was there I had more of the game day atmosphere. I saw a little of the campus and it seemed like a place that would be a good fit for me,” explained Pryor.
“I like Texas, Texas Tech and Texas A&M,” Pryor said. “Those are my three early favorites.”
“I like Tech because of their coaches. They really have a good relationship with me and seem to be genuinely interested in me. The head coach there seems to like me and so does my position coach there. He’s been following me since I was a freshman. Honestly, I haven’t really followed the team too much, though, but I’m starting to.”
“I really love the atmosphere there (A&M). I also like the football team a lot, too. It just seems like you get known there easily. Everyone also seems very easy to talk to, or it was like that when I took an unofficial visit there last season, anyway.”

From those clips, Jalen Campbell looks like a legit '15 prospect! Also, Speedy Noil seems a lot better than I expected.

Update on 2015 OL Zach Rogers of Carrollton Hebron who will be in Austin for UT's Sop re Day this weekend (24/7):
“My coach let me know that I had been invited to it (UT's Sop re Day),” Rogers said. “I believe I’m going to go if we can get the schedules figured out. I think I’ll be there. We’re probably going to go this weekend, instead of the 30th.”
“I think they (Texas) have a great program,” Rogers said of Texas. “I like what they are doing down there in Austin. They win games in a top notch conference and they have a great fan base. I see Longhorn stuff everywhere I go.”
“I definitely want to tour the campus and facilities,” he explained. “I have great parents that make sure I understand how powerful a degree is. The main thing for me is that I want to receive a great education and win some football games while I’m at it. So seeing the campus side of things is a real big deal for me."
“I also want to spend some time with the coaching staff. I want to feel comfortable with the school and have a good relationship with the coaches. Whoever I pick, I’ll be spending the next four to five years of my life with them, so that’s important as well.”
“Arkansas, Texas Tech, UCLA and Oklahoma are probably the ones that I have the most interest in right now,” Rogers told Hookem.com. “The first three have all offered and Oklahoma is showing a lot of interest.”

And I don't know who originally reported, but LB Andrew Beck of Plant HS (Tampa, FL) will be visiting Texas this week. If you consider Alaka and Hampton as OLBs in this class, Texas needs an anchor in the middle. Beck's coach says Texas is his dream school. UT has been evaluating this guy for at least a month.

More on Beck...he actually lived in Killeen for a while because his father is in the military. He grew up going to UT games and says it's his "dream school." He doesn't have an official offer yet but safe to assume he'll have one tomorrow when he gets to Austin. He'll be in town until Saturday morning or so.
I'm cool with this since I think are better interior OL prospects in Texas (specifically OL Connor Mayes of Van Alstyne). Paul was the one prospect from St. Augustine that I thought was a borderline offer. Not crazy about DT Courtney Garnett either but I understand the thinking there since the two best in-state DTs are already committed elsewhere.
