"
All-Star point guard Tony Parker participated in his first full practice since suffering a Grade 2 left ankle sprain almost three weeks ago, Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich said Tuesday.
Popovich ruled Parker out for Wednesday’s home game against Golden State, but said again that the Frenchman will likely beat the initial one-month timeline given after being Injured against the Kings."
This is great, I just hope he truly is 100% when he comes back, though Tony has never been one to come back before truly ready.
I think he is capable of playing on Sunday but he will be 100% next Wed.
Just concentrate on winning the next 3.
Danka.
I'd expect him to be back, coming off the bench by @ Rockets game on the 24th or at the latest the Denver game on the 27th. He should be starting by the @ Memphis & Miami game.
That would be a positive thing. GOOD LORD look at the schedule you just put upAll playoff teams and two of them VERY TOUGH! Denver is no joke either. We play GS as well next. These could be potential losses, hope not but the schedule looks horrible coming up.
Yeah, Next 7 games against teams above .500. 5 of those teams are top 5 seeds. And with Parker out for the 1st 2 or 3 (possibly)...The Spurs must have pushed a nun to be get this schedule with Parker happening to be out at the same time. I'm hoping 5-2.
And OKC lost. I sleep good tonight![]()
I'm hoping this is where we put it together especially when Parker back in the lineup soon.
now time to start playing a full 48 minutes
YEP, I thought after the first half with all the 4 games in 5 nights and so on the Spurs had the easier part coming up! They had #1 seed with the horrible schedule so I thought they would just cruise to the #1 spot, now it looks tough!
I agree I hope for a 5-2, that would be great to say the least.I agree.
