Hall of Fame worthy in my book. He'll probably end up as the #1 scorer in Celtics history. Nuff said
This guy is good but I question if this cat is hall of fame worthy. Very very overrated imho.

I guess I think Bird and McHale are better players per par.
Dude is 35, can't be looking at his performances at his age and claim he isn't a Hall of Famer. His Hall of Fame resume was written 3-8 years ago.
DPG You are probably right, maybe I overlook him due to LBJ and Kobe.
I didn't say he's the best Celtics player ever, but its definitely nice to have "Celtics all time leading scorer" on your resume, provided he passes Hondo.
dude has the athleticism of my grandma's but he displays the best fundamentals the world has ever seen tbh. you don't see any juggling movements from him but he can always create comfortable shots for himself using his fundamentals and experience, he's a textbook to amateur and semi-professional players tbh
Uhhh- not overrated. He's a HOFer

Some think he was the best player of that Celtics' championship, that's how overrated he is.
I've always respected Paul. Annoying how someone that unathletic can be effective. Everything he does is pretty much in slow-motion for his step-back jumper to his drive. But he's clutch, a great compe or and a solid defender. If anything he's underrated.
Lieing about not returning to Los Angeles, Game 2.
Letting Artest take his pants down, Game 7.
Not wiping the s from the corners of his mouth in Los Angeles, Game 7.
Not picking the wooley boogers out from his armpits in Los Angeles, Game 7.
Please.
Dude's a warrior tbh. Almost had his leg amputated and still came back to play.

- "Nobody closes us out, Cully. Nobody."
- Lakaluva - Game 7, down 13.
That mother er was in the air a long ing time.
A bit underrated by general NBA fan. Properly rated by hard-core ones ...overrated by plenty on here tbh
What in the world was Pierce thinking flinching like that on a drive fake from Ron Artest?
, that's better than Bynum never playing for Philadelphia.
tee, hee.
He was overrated for a while IMO, but he has been underrated since Rondo's stat-padding emergence, tbh..
- Perennial 20+ PPG player
- Best scorer on a championship team and another Finals team
- Perennial All-Star
- Still a top 20-25 player in the league
- Top 5 "closer" of his era
- Matched Lebron in 2008 and outplayed Kobe in the Finals the same year
HOF near-lock IMO..
This brings up an interesting question (to me, at least): Is the all time-scorer from each team in the Hall of Fame? I know that a couple of franchises are too young to have HOFer yet. Durant will probably get there, though. So with the exception of Charlotte, is every team's all-time leading scorer in the Hall or on his way there?
Most underrated player ever if people are questioning his HOF chances.
