Jazz is done. Period. The only uncertainty in the West is the positioning among GS/Hou/LAL.
    Also positioning of Den/Mem/LAC

I'd much rather Pop sit everyone for the Miami game to David Stern.

I know, and it should be one with lots of implications for Western Conference playoffs. I was just referring to the bottom of playoff teams in response to Jazz's chance.

Remember that Buzzer beater the Jazz did against us last year...We owe them a 50 point blow-out for that. You know how long i been waiting for this rematch?

Not that I'm afraid of the Lakers but them missing the playoffs would be hilarious and a part of me wouldn't complain if Pop sits TD, Manu, Kawhi and only plays TP 10 minutes so the Jazz have a shot to win the game. Again, only a part of me...maintaining the 1 seed is of the utmost importance.
No. Not a single tiny itty bit of me. Not a grain, kernel, nugget, or morsel.

No. The Jazz are done. One game won't make a difference for them. After watching the atrocity that was the Knicks game, it's plain to see that they've quit and are making vacation plans for April. Gutless worms.

No...but I think it would be great for the Lakers not to get in, get the number one pick in the lottery, only to see it go to the Suns.

No, want to meet and sweep the Lakers. But the way things go, the Lakers may end up 7, or even 6.

+1. The Spurs will destroy the Lakers. Nash couldn't guard TP 5 years ago. Now TP is a much more complete player and Nash is just really old. Spurs in 4 or 5 by and average of at least 12 points per game.

I'd rather we try to have home court throughout the west conference as opposed to trying to someone. OKC is not exactly an environment that I'd like to go into 4 out of 7 despite our improvements, and their dropoff.

Michael Smith made a good point on ESPN. If Pop were to sit everyone for the Heat game, Stern may actually not have a problem with it since it would only extend their streak and bring more attention to Stern's product...

Can ya imagine if the opposite took place? Sure, this Board would survive, more-or-less, but, the NBA Forum, the crown jewel of this Site would be obliterated by the Ellis family. You guys couldn't stand the gaffe. Dollars to donuts we'd then go on to ring. Oh, Lord, Kobe: 6, MJ: 6 & the tired old bag Duncan: 4 would go over like a sissy at Boy's Town.

No. Beat the Jazz so bad Tim only needs to play 25 minutes
YEP, and we are not in position to be TANKING games especially with OKC on our asses. Forget who we play in round one, just get that HC.

    LA isn't beating the Spurs.
    LA isn't beating the Thunder.
    LA isn't beating the Grizz.
    LA isn't beating the Nuggets.
    LA isn't beating the Heat.

Other than that, you have a good shot at #6 for KoMe.

Hahaha, I had to laugh at the situation because there is no way LA could make it out of the west but they would utterly be embarassed and blown out if they made it to Miami.

Utah has been damn bad lately, even if they beat Spurs I don't see them overtaking the Lakers. The team with the best shot at knocking Lakers out of the playoffs is Dallas but they have hurt their odds by losing their last game at home against Nets. Lakers have also a good shot at ending with the 6th or 7th seed.

And Utah being bad and ending far from the playoffs could be a damn good news for Spurs. The worst they are, the more likely they are to rebuild around their young core this summer and let Millsap and/or Al Jefferson go. Utah being bad will also help to keep Millsap and/or Al Jefferson market value reasonable and would motivate them to go to a winning team. Millsap and Al Jefferson are two players Spurs should/could heavily target this summer.

Not what I want! I want Spurs at #1 seed and Lakers at #8! I'm going to bet all my Laker fan friends good sum of money. When they lose, which they will, I'm going to be that d*ck prick they once used to be to me and will always stick to their a** that their team with $99,219,042 payroll just lost to my Spurs.

How I wish that will happen. Lakers will not make the PO's.
