Road rage is stupid. If he had pulled that on me he would have been looking down the barrel of a .45 before he ever got to the truck door. Still, the teenagers going 2/1 was a move.

People who get jumped (after running their mouth) always complain about how it was an unfair ass beating. They don't realize how re ed it was to run their mouth when they were outnumbered. You can either keep your mouth quiet and let your pride take a small hit, or you can run your mouth, get your ass beat and let your pride and your grill take a huge hit.

Truth. Dude threw the first punch with the teen sitting in the car too, it's not like that wasn't made.
This is a good example of a bully vs those who actually kick ass. He threw a punch and kept running his mouth. The kids got out of the truck with bad intentions and wore his ass smooth out. They didn't talk back or hesitate...they ed him up...slammed his ass and waited for him to come back for more.
I'm guessing he's cured of his road rage.
Only made here was beardie. He was the one who went in there throwing punches (which he whiffed btw) to impress his lady friend. Once you invade another person's personal space you're fair game. Not only did he get beat the out but once he realized he was beat he went running for a gun. Terrible sequence of events for dude. lol

What's the move? He punched first.
He won't get time. He didn't point the gun at anyone and didn't discharge it. The female had the gun and he took it. He has the right to defend himself when he feels his life is in danger. You don't have to use equal force. It doesn't matter who started it.

He also has to prove that a reasonable person would feel his life is in danger, which is pretty impossible to do when he came back after the incident was over to shoot out the back window. That isn't the behavior of someone who feels that his life is in danger.
