We'll see, but his big problem is that he got out of the truck and was aggressive with the gun, walking towards the teens.
Had he stayed in the truck, his self defense case would be much more solid.
I think the wife's charges are much more likely to get dropped.
He can try to justify his actions, by stating he felt his that his life is in danger by the fact he that the two guys had beat him down, and he felt compelled to get his gun to protect himself.
How does that justify coming back later and shooting their back window out after everything was over?
His problem there is pointing the gun at them and walking towards their car to scare them as they were leaving and saying "Lets get out of here" to each other.
Hife wife's charges will be dropped since she pointed the gun while her husband was getting his ass beat and she had reason to fear for her life, but pointing a gun at and walking towards two people who are clearly walking back to their car to drive off isn't self-defense even if those two people were just beating the out of you.
He can say sometinhg along the lines that he thought the two were going for a weapon, gun, etc... , and felt compelled to get his gun. The one fact in this dumbass's favor, is there are two of them. They are younger, stronger, etc...

He came back and shot out their back window when the car was parked at their house after the whole thing was initially over. This wasn't as they were going back to the car that he shot out their back window, he left the scene and then came back to shoot up their car window. How the can he possibly say he returned to the scene to shoot out their car window after it was over because he "feared for his life"?
Lol, he never left the scene. No one left the scene. The older guy got his ass beat by two dudes, then his wife hands him the gun. Those two younger guys went back to their vehicle. Again how does he know what those two guys are going to do? Are they going to leave, go get a gun, etc...
Even though the video cuts off the gun fire, it's damning evidence that the incident was over before he used the gun in a provoking sense. Now had he shot the 2 guys while in the brawl after he provoked the fight would be a whole different monster.
If you clicked on one of the links and saw one of the news videos about it, you'd know he left the scene and then came back to shoot out their car window.

You get these fat cylindrical shaped gots with this ass facial hair, they won't lose the weight and they try to dress and act like it's bulk, but it's just useless over consumption fat. It hinders them from moving right. They might have some arm bulk so their overall appearance is "stocky" but they aren't at all physically fit. They take every opportunity to show off their muscular calves, because any muscle carrying that much weight should be defined. They won't show their upper body though.
