Tbh, Bonner's floor spacing created the run to take the lead. Then CIA Pop took out Bonner and put Splitter back in with a three-point lead and we managed to choke away the game. Tony (who had been able to penetrate with Bonner's floor spacing in the 4th quarter) all of a sudden was shut down for the last two possessions and that was all she wrote.
I'm ok losing on a bogus foul call. Never unexpected when you're a spurs fan. Sterne will never let the spurs win another championship. It would take an act of god to get it done tbh.

This team can't score down the stretch no matter who they have out there, the last few games around a minute to go they make stupid ass attempts and start missing every shot they put up. This is a patter now and has been for a while this year.

Trapping on the pick and roll turns Parker into a giant pussy, he starts throwing lob passes (that float in the air for 2-3 seconds) to role players (who take 2 seconds to secure the ball) that can't create their own shot, then they start dribbling and looking to pass. When someone capable finally gets the ball, there's 3 seconds left on the shot clock.

But It's only one game. In November Miami was awful vs our bench . Tonight at least they had Bosh,Battier or Ray Allen and a lot of help from refs. It's not the end of the world.
In fact Miami at full strength ended the streak vs a short-handed Bulls.
Oh yeah, why not? Who else would it happen to? Spurs like I said find ways to lose in embarassing fashion! I know they win alot and are a great team and won les etc., but they would drop this one.
Embarrassing loss, but ultimately the Spurs are a 1 seed and will make a deep playoff run.
That can't be said for all of the old powerhouses of the west.

heat were playing with a lot of energy and focus tonight. the spurs played like . honestly, they haven't been playing like the #1 team in the west for a while now. they need to stop ing around and start playing basketball again, because this i'm seeing is ball.
