Judge William Sylvester of the Colorado circuit court entered a plea of not guilty for Holmes last month after his lawyers said they were not ready to plead. The judge left the door open for lawyers to mount an insanity defense."

guy suffered mental issues and i don't think death penalty applies to those heads who cannot control themselves. plus dude is too legendary to be executed in a death chair or by a lethal injection, im expecting him to make an appearance at the premier of next batman movie. and it would be great if he becomes the prototype of a new villain to the batman tbh
