    Nope. Spurs' draft picks and budget pickups rarely don't pan out. From Parker to Manu to Splitter to George Hill to Leonard to Neal. The list goes on. Meanwhile, Kupcake treats roster building like he's playing NBA 2K. And if not for the actual teacher gifting him Pau Gasol, Kupcake's legacy as the Lakers' GM would be beyond laughable.
