Other people have already done so. All you have are pics of contrails and clouds. Not a single sample has ever been taken directly from a trail despite promises for more than 13 years to do so. Sampling something on the ground and thinking it proves something about a contrail 6+ miles up is just you deluding yourself. Anything found is far more likely to come from local pollution.
He has no more proof than any other "chemtrail" proponent. Just because he at one time was part of the FBI doesn't give him any more credibility now especially when he can't back it up any more than any other person that posts a video on youtube.

Dunno. It seems less like a comedy than a tragedy.
It's like watching a movie where the main character is insane, but can't tell reality from his fantasies, and not only can't do that, but when given solid proof that his fantasies are fantasies, find reality too much to bear, and retreats even further into la-la land.
Of course, the movie could also be one of those mind- s where they guy knows exactly what he is doing and it is just amusing him to with people, that is somewhat of a comedy.
In this case, I would be willing to bet it is mostly the former with a small mix of the latter.
