marion will be gone if one has to leave dallas. mavs are set to start rebuilding and an ugly veteran ain't no longer worth holding for a rebuilding team imho. rick is a proven genius and even though he often makes controversial decisions on the selection of players (mike james over roddy, for example), its still safe to say he's one of the best tactical masters in the league today. just give him time and he'll reward you a decade-long dynasty like pop managed in san antonio tbh, doubt cuban will have such patience though.
