I have given up all my championship hopes and would rather the Spurs get the 2nd seed than suffer another humiliating upset at the hands of an 8th seed, which would be the Lakers in this case, making the humiliation infinitely more, well, humiliating.
And any Spurs' fan who thinks this team isn't ripe for an upset is a mouthbreathing homer on Horse's level.

midnight is right about the Spurs. not sure if it's been since the All STar break or Manu getting injured (per the ing par), but this team has gotten out of whack and hasn't gotten its back together. it's possible we turn things around in the playoffs, but we will see.
