Lakerfan using the term "bandwagon"
Lakers getting swept and dominated by "my team"
I dislike Kobe but gotta give credit where it's due...guy is struggling to get Steve Nash and Dwight Howard into the playoffs...
oh wait
Lakerfan using the term "bandwagon"
Lakers getting swept and dominated by "my team"
But, there's no tangible goodness to it, Milty.
Here:::
I'll choose one:::
A. Kobe scores a 100 points in the first game of the playoffs.
B. Westbrook rips up his knee the night before the playoffs.
I'll choose B and be tickled pink.
in' Kobe would take A and hope for the best.
of course you've got to give him credit. at his age to perform at that level is pretty impressive. BUT, however, many other players would have had that statline playing 48 minutes tbqh...
I think y'all means Kobe has the will to win on Kobe's term.
And Jammie, is that why you love Jordan too?
That's quite possibly your best take ever.
Lakers are obviously making the playoffs, but they'll still lose to OKC in round one. They just don't defend enough.

Too slippery a slope to make that kind of declaration, Bats. A loss and we've lost the con.
Well they have 3 straight home games to finish off the season, 2 of which the starters for the Spurs & Rockets likely won't even play, and you have a desperate Kobe Bryant who will do whatever he has to do to get them into the playoffs. That's about as close to a guarantee that you can get.
I hated Jordan because of the rivalry between the Bulls and the Bad Boy Pistons. Plus, that was around my childhood when I was way more of a biased homer fan. But I have always respected Jordan's game and his status as the greatest player ever. I hated him because he was a Bull, not because of his game.
I was living in LA in the early 2000s for Shaq-Kobe's first le when the Pistons were sucking ass post Grant Hill leaving for Orlando and prior to them getting good. So I didn't have any venom for the Lakers and in fact I ended up appreciating them as a team. I already liked Kobe before that. Late 90s, my three guys were Iverson, Kobe, and Vince.
