Prediction: Bonner will play well in the playoffs and be an unsung hero now that he is not a starter and he knows everyone expects him to fail.
His 3PT shooting contest during All Star weekend showed me he won't shrink tbh..
Prediction: Bonner will have a playoff game in the first series where he hits 5 or more 3's.

That Bonner raises his arms and calls for the ball in late game situations is more than enough for me to think he doesn't give a sh!t about pressure. Just had bad luck, could happen to anyone over that number of shots.

LOL, everyone has been expecting him to fail every playoffs since 08, and he's always lived up to expectations.
Just because Bonner lifts his arms to call for the ball doesn't mean anything. He does the same thing on defense, doesn't mean I buy him as a defender. Bonner isn't to blame, it's Pop, he runs him out there and gives him way too many minutes.
The Red Mamba is basically guaranteed playoff minutes now, tbh, with Diaw out for awhile and SJAX off the team. This is going to be classic.
I stand by had the Spurs won game 1 in 2011 against Memphis, bonner with his shots would have loosened up a LOt and would be a different player. Maybe not. Who knows.
Seriously... Bonner. The day he's traded or waived can't get here soon enough. I have zero faith in him to do anything other than the bed.

It's weird, part of me realizes that historically his playoff 3 point shooting leaves much to be desired, but at the same time I strangely feel at ease when I see him hoist of a 3 simply because I know he's put so much time into practicing that shot.
Bonner's 3 point shooting was fine in '11-'12 (34.8%) and solid in '09-'10 (37%), so at least we know he's not totally incapable of producing in the playoffs. If he hits > 37% of his 3s, I'll be happy. That's more than acceptable efficiency from 3. I mean, 40% is considered elite.
