Splitter playing much, much harder.
Tied 2nd and 3rd qrtrs
Sac 8 - 30 Road
We've lost. To these lottery teams @art before
Splitter playing much, much harder.
Neal actually passing the ball. What's this world coming to!
Looking focused!
We are watching a home game of the Spurs against a team they are dominating normally ... but it just does not feel right although we may win that one
was checking out the Thunder/blazers box score and wondering why Thabeet was starting for Perkins well:
kerry eggers @kerryeggers 59m Thunder will be without Kendrick Perkins (hamstring) and Kevin Martin (back) tonight. Ex-Blazer and Garden fan fave Hasheem Thabeet gets nod
I don't know about that. It would be good to see how shortening the season by 10 games would affect the league financially. 70 games is a lot of games, regardless. The extra 12 or so are meaningless to me. If a team can't get their right in a matter of 70 games, they shouldn't be offered an additional 10-12 games to make up ground.
As is the case this year with many teams suffering from injuries to important players, a deduction of 12 games from the long grueling grind of the regular season would pay some dividends. This year's playoffs will suffer from those injuries rendering a lower quality product. This can't be more truer for the East who's decimated by injuries while superteam Miami runs rough shod with their ridiculously potent "role" players.
Splitter 4 assists from a triple double
Great D by DeColo and then gives it right back!
DeColo is not finding Splitter on the roll ... that worked much better at the start of the season
This spurs group has been playing pretty good d, they just can't seem to sustain it to the point of a turnover. But they are out there hustling, and that's good.
the Kawhi post up opened up everything there
Neither DeColo nor Cojo seem to be very effective on the pick and roll. Splitter does so well with Tony or Manu because he really cleans up on the pick and rolls.
Its sad to see a 7fter on the bench will not be used in the playoffs.
Parker's jumper looks smooth again.
At least Tony looks great tonight despite a couple mistakes. Spurs need Leonard more involved tho.
It's not like we average 30 point margins against the Kings normally, even during our championship seasons or our magical '11-'12 regular season.
It's nice having Parker back. A little rust, but a far better game than he had before he had this last rest. Back to 20+ points and 8 or 9 assists.
