At the top the obvious choice is DPG, tbh... but I'm gonna go with midnightpulp, who's been regulating purple n piss folks all season long...
Over the last month especially he's just been on another level. After The Achilles I'm looking forward to more of his work.
As far as worst, I can't just outright go with Thread, who is easily the worst since coming back, because this is a season long award...

The dark ages are upon us and it sucks. mono and BUMP was able to get legit posters butt hurt and that's what made it so great.
