Duncan is a beast tho
top 2 seed having to resort to hack a Howard against a team that's struggling to make the playoffs and without their best player
Much less make the in finals?I'd surprised if they got outta the first round tbh.
Y'all are struggling to hit 80 in points against this defensive team.Parker as your best player and expecting to win.
Where the is mr all star kawhi? Stay delusional gots![]()

You bring such class to this forum. Srsly why are you even here?
Nobody has said "this team" can challenge the Heat.
The fully healthy version we saw in January on the other hand, could.

I'm down on the Spurs right now. They haven't had a dominating performance against a quality team in over two months. Trending downward.
Only ignorant homers actually believed this team ever stood a chance against the Heat, even before injuries.
This team can't even challenge the west. This team's ceiling is the second round.......if they are lucky.
The difference is: This was an ABSOLUTE MUST WIN for the Lakers. As for the Spurs? Just another regular season game with a PG playing at 50%, and no Manu.
LOL believing in this game, Joseph/Bonner/TD/Neal/Green in crunch time.
when tony was playing at runner up MVP level, we had a shot
It's a shame that he still has to carry the load for his team.
I never did then and I still don't now.
We wouldn't even have beaten the Heat last year even though a lot of Spurs fans thought so.
The Heat didn't even need LeBron and Wade to shut down TP/Green in that last regular season game either.
Calm down.. Lakers are better without kobe, spurs are worse without manu and diaw. But whats up with no tony leonard or splitter at the end there?
Utah wouldn't put a fight vs OKC tbh
lucky to get out the 1st round. a month ago i started thinking a first round exit now it looks like thats all well get
Lakers would, without kobe, they for sure would
Please. Dont overreact. Lakers are better without kobe. Spurs are worse without manu and diaw.
manu wasnt even playing well all year he looked like . were putting our eggs in manus basket? nah were ed
The best shot this team had at a championship was in the 08' season when Boston won. Even the blind homers on this forum know this. I will always root for them no matter what even if it is frustrating at times like tonight. But unless they get a legit superstar (which will be more likely through draft), they'll be seeing the Finals on TV
Geeez. Spurs are top 2 in the west.. One regular season loss to a laker team that is desperate as and now we are ed? Just look at the way tim played in the fourth.. In the playoffs, thats gonna be regular. With a tony parker, kawhi leonard, and even a manu at 50% we will have a chance. Look at our crunch time line up.. Joseph/neal/green/bonner/tim. Even then we only lose by 3. Calm down
If being a top 2 seed meant anything the Spurs wouldn't have gotten embarrassed in the 1st round 2 years ago. Even though the series went 6 Memphis actually dominated the Spurs in Game 5, needed a 3 at the buzzer just to avoid getting dropped in 5 on their own floor.
True, but atleast they made the playoffs unlike this clowns team who made the original post!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
