He has been ing terrible this season. I really wanted him to succeed but he's been awful. For him to be mouthing off and starting with how bad he's playing is a ing joke. that kid probably aborted itself rather than be born to this idiot.
You too, Fabbs.![]()
You are completely misguided here. Jax was the one of the few spurs players with any balls. Jax earned a ing pass with that big ballzy play against OKC and for all his years of great courage and for embarrassing Dirk in 2006--- while all the Pop/pussies had their ballsack so shrunken into their vaginas that it was sickening. Including the pussiest coach in the NBA - who gets worked by any rookie coach in the playoffs.
How does anyone here know what really happened?
I hope - for the Spurs sake - that Jax is in the wrong here and that Pop made the right choice. No one knows for sure and I sure hope that Pop didn't just screw another good player because of his ego because when Durant and others are going ham on the spurs defense and Kawhi is on the bench after being screwed by sterns' henchmen and all we got is Bonner and a scared green and an injured manu - then you might not think that getting rid of the only player with any balls was such a great decision.
Yo that's a pretty messed up thing to say. Agreed he shouldn't mouth off but tying in his unborn child is pretty low.
rumor has it jax was defending p mills in a club fight
Jack had no shooting touch and no lateral mobility. He was shooting below 30% from the perimeter and he could not keep up with NBA SF. People like to talk about Jack defending Durant but the last time they played I remember 3 quick fouls because the refs weren't going to let him play handsy like that. It's a loss of only potential because I remember more airballs then do I do successful drives tot he basket.
+1
Everybody always raves about how well he shut down Dirk in the playoffsa few years.
I got news for these imbeciles. Just because the refs/stern allowed him liberal handchecking against Dirk
does not mean they would let him molest Stern's favorite primma donnas (Durant @ Lebron).
It's back to the pet sematary for Jack.
Jack failed the Spurs more than Jefferson ever did. The worst thing a player can do is be a negative influence in the locker room...typical Sjax unfortunately. Living up to his reputation as a team cancer and overpaid chucker. that got and move on.
Blasphemy! He helped them win a le in 03 and hit shots last years playoffs, Jefferson made more and did none of that , ever.
This year's Jackson was worse than any year Jefferson was in a Spurs uniform. He was god-awful shooting the ball, overpaid and became a menace in the locker room. No sympathy for someone that sabotages a team a week before the playoffs. got. He belongs on every Spurs fans list alongside Hedo, Jefferson, and Finley.
Good article from Pounding The Rock on the Jackson situation:

A few excerpts:
There is also the question of Jackson's contract situation. He made it known in the past, even while he played for the Spurs, that he wanted an extension. The Spurs don't offer extensions--Duncan didn't get one last season and Manu didn't get one this season--but it might have become clear to Jackson that the Spurs were not interested in resigning him at all and that could have exacerbated the problems that were already brewing under the surface. If I wanted to show how the team might be better off without Jack, I would tell you that in lineups that spent more than 30 minutes together ranked by defensive rating, you'd have to go all the way down to 11th to find one that includes Jackson.I could mention that Jackson had the worse three point shooting percentage of anyone who has played at least 1000 minutes, and has taken more than 100 three pointers and takes more than three three-pointers a game.
Interesting. If I wanted to show how the team might be better off without Jack, I would tell you that in lineups that spent more than 30 minutes together ranked by defensive rating, you'd have to go all the way down to 11th to find one that includes Jackson.
Don't know who will be that guy again..
Some of you guys need to quit living in the past. Jack was awesome, but he was ing garbage this season.
"Matty will be given extended playing time and he will most certainly come through for us again."
Good memories. I was giggling like a school girl when he was making it rain that game.
Green in that game or this year would go 0-4 downtown, Neal would shoot us outta the game![]()
I can't watch that video. He was freakin' ferocious. I'll never ever forget it. What a mess. So unfortunate. *sigh*
