Actually I was wrong about that. If GS loses @POR (its a possibility) and HOU beats LA then we get GS. So it's still pretty open.
Damn that will be worse than the way we went out last year.

i know, i just mentioned championship BluRay to hold onto the slightest glimmer of hope. but i thought we should've rebuilt after 2011, last season made me think I ws wrong, but now I think my original instinct was spot on.
and agree about Tim, last night's game made me wish we could have sent him to a contender. I hate having those feelings but I hate seeing him be the only one who has balls or isn't hurt.
Good work.Still a lot of possibilities....
If Portland plays against GS the way they played against LA a couple days ago, Portland could win. It's always tough to win in that building....
Well I certainly don't fear LA in the 1st round, even if we are playing terribly. Without Kobe, they just aren't scary to me. Dwight and Gasol are tough, but no way Blake shoots lights out like he did last game for a whole series. I say we beat em in 5 or 6.
Seriously... without Killer Kobe there is no way we lose in 7 games, especially if we have Manu and TP.
You forgot the minimum 40 FTAs per game the Lakers will be getting.
and the fact TP will most likely disappear while Manu will be making lots of turnovers as he regains his rhythm. Nope, I don't like this matchup one ing bit. our only hope is TD and Kawhi going balls to the wall.
Of all playoff teams, only Milwaukee has a worse record than the Spurs in their last 10 games.
Spurs 4-6
Bucks 2-8
Wow. What a ed ending to the season.
This team is gassed. Not built for an 82 game season plus an additional post-season.
Gah you guys depress me; the Spurs were my favorite rivalry and I was looking forward to a rematch in the conference finals. Was a blast stalking the forums last playoffs. What happened to you all?
6 posts huh?![]()
March and April happened.
JMcDonald_SAEN Vibe in the locker room seems to point to Spurs playing something close to a full roster Wednesday against Minnesota.
JMcDonald_SAEN Most likely playoff scenario has Spurs playing winner of Wednesday's Rockets-Lakers game in first round. G-State still remote possibility.
JMcDonald_SAEN If Golden State beats Portland in its finale, Warriors are No. 6 seed. The No. 7 would go to Lakers-Rockets winner.
JMcDonald_SAEN If Warriors lose to Blazers, and Houston beats Lakers, Rockets are No. 6, Warriors No. 7.
I signed up during the playoffs last year but the admins took damned near forever to validate my account so I couldn't post anything. Remembered these forums now that the playoffs were rolling around again and figured it would be fun to participate in the fun. Sadly it looks like things will be a bit more boring this year.
Still, I've never seen such a breakdown before the playoffs of a championship caliber team.
Anything can happen! Last years' WCF can tell you that. Maybe this year will be the complete inverse of that!!???
Stop posting.
Diaw healed fast.
Keep making excuses............ If you say so.
I said this too, last years shortened year benefited them bigtime! They had the stars nearly align to get to the WCF and that was their best run IMO! This was their last run. They had a good run last year healthy and a few other things, this year forget it.
- Spurs Plummet After March
I want the Lakers. We only lost by a couple the other night without a full roster. No Kobe and no bench. Not going to lose 4/7.
Get ready for a hot sticky wad of male ejaculate to cascade down your mouth and drip off your chin.
