Can you at least understand statistics or you think the whole urban environment, culture, violence are the same in the whole country? The Rio favelas were facing drug trafficking gangs wars by decades, because the city is kinda like the Brazilian L.A. so many rich and famous drug addicts, in São Paulo, violence is a multi-billion business, and most of those private security companies are owned by people from the police. Or do you think they sell billion dollars in surveillance câmeras, electric fences, alarms, private guards, armored cars in a small town like Blumenau? Please, stop saying .
