Anyhow, I'm just talking .
I won't stop being a Spurs fan if they lose. They've delivered us 4 and it's all gravy from here on out. If we lose, Lakers fans will have their fun, we'll take it, and then it's back to business.
2/3 of the big 3 are above 35
and its common knowledge that tim/manu were the crunchtime guys.

i basically agree. Parker is both underrated and a pussy, if that's possible. But I trust him in crunchtime as much as I'd trust him with someone's wife.
tbh mid, i don't blame you for wanting to walk away. I'll still support and watch the team, still look for some silver lining, but this loss would be devastating. If we lost I'd still come on here but probably not the NBA Forum, this will turn into Lakersground 2.0. I've been wanting to avoid the Lakers because i still figure something shady will go down, Stern is an unscrupulous mofo. But I guess we have no choice. time to face the demons, walk into the fire etc....per par fwiw.
Nah. Don't let Lakersfans scare you off like that. In addition to being bean3rs and bandwagoners, their troll games are beyond weak. Nothing to fear from the most idiotic fanbase in professional sports. If the Spurs lose to the Lakers, here's the threads they'll start:
- Duncan can't even beat a Kobe-less Lakers. His legacy is ruined!
- Lakers own the Spurs (which would be true. So no arguments there).
- Suck it, Spur fan. Karma for cheering Kobe's injury.
etc, etc.
My earlier mini-meltdown was just my usual bad mood complaining after a Lakers win.
Spurs in 5
stop trolling or go see a shrink
Spurs in 6
manu will probably sit out for the first round but that ain't gonna be any issue. spurs have enough depth and the recent signing of t-mac will only increase their odd of coming out of the west, lakers will be a good opponent for them spurs to do some warm-up with in the first round. spurs will probably tank one or 2 games in this series but no way will they lose 3 or more games imho
I'll give them Game 3
spurs in 5 and then laker fans can put on a clippers jersey
with or without the injuries depleted roster, losing to the kobeless lakers is a disgrace...
This series is tricky to predict, the Lakers wont have Bryant to give them offense if they badly need it, Nash is out too.. If Howard becomes that defense matador, they'll have a chance.
Annual NES game bet?
If the Spurs win, you have to beat Amagon (or at least make a concerted effort). Remember that game?
If the Lakers win, feel free to choose a piece-of- game to torture me with.
Let's do this.
85% Nash- Spurs in 6
No Nash- blowout wins by Spurs in 5 games
Kobe pulls a Willis Reed- Spurs in 4
Al McCoy, voice of the Phoenix Suns just stated the Lakers will defeat the Spurs. Says many Lakers want to prove to the world, yes, the entire world that they're more than just Kobe Bryant. He was unequivocal.
It was just on .620 KTAR-AM.
this will be the Kobe Bryant appreciation le....after all he's done he deserves to sit back and watch his guys earn one for him...either way it'll be #6...if not for Kobe's heroics all season they wouldn't even be in a position to compete...
^Exactly. Go on Pau, Howard, Blake, et al. CHARGE!!!
Cully all we need is for Blake and Meeks to get zoned out like Robert Horry did...if these cats can get amped up, zoned out, fried out...we can win....our path shifts from Kobe as the lead to Dwight and Pau...we're gonna bring the Twin Towers back....Dwight and Pau have enough help around them to get this done...they have to be absolutely dominating the paint area...this will off-set all guard penetration and it will slow the game down just like we like it...with Nash coming back he will quarter back this thing... Artest is still out Junk Yard Dog...the key to this is Blake and Meeks getting zoned out....them s smoke a toke before the game and we're good...
I believe we can do it...and if we do it...imagine Kobe coming back next year re-energized to get is 7th...man![]()
^Just don't treat a niqqer brand new.
tee, hee.
tony ain't the right guy to count on in the playoffs imho, even though he's supposed to be a big matchup advantage over blake at PG. spurs will win the series by teamwork
