After all that has happened this year, i expect the Lakers to beat the Spurs in 6 and than will beat Denver or GS in the second round tbh, but will lose to OKC or clippers in 5, If the mamba was playing we would make it to the finals.. oh well

spurs have been resting for weeks and i ain't gonna fancy lakers chance to cause upset, when they've almost exhausted themselves fighting for the #8 seed and have already lost kobe in the process. at the end of the series lakers fans would rather wish their team hadn't made the playoffs tbh, getting ass kicked by the old salty feet ain't gonna be a good feeling tbh

Trolling aside, this is not that much of a stretch anymore. If the Spurs play like the did over the past month, they will be lucky to win a single game in this series. Gasol is seemingly back to championship form, and Dwight is playing at a higher level than he has all season. Plus he is making more of his free throws. If Parker shows up, it will likely be a short series as well, only with the Spurs winning it. Either way, I don't expect a long series here. If the Lakers beat the Spurs, they can easily take a banged up Nuggets squad or the Warriors. If Denver was at full strength, it would be different, but they are not.
MVPau will lead the Blakers to the second round, but the constant text coaching of the Black Mamba will cause the Lakers to lose in the 2nd round vs. the Nuggets.
something that needs to be taken into account is that the so-called MVPau has yet to win even a single game in the playoffs as the leader of his team throughout his NBA career imho.
