props t..........................
I knew Game 1 was going to be Sunday at 2:30. The Lakers ALWAYS get the time slot for Game 1 every year....
better then the 11 am or so start we had last year for the Jazz series
So did Fox Sports Southwest get screwed out of televising the 1st round this year now that it's Spurs-Lakers? Usually they televise each game of the 1st round but I just caught this off Twitter:
Monroe_SA ABC is doing only Game 1 of first 4 Spurs-Lakers games; Fox Sports Southwest for Games 2-4 in SA
Monroe_SA Correction on TV carrier for Spurs-Lakers Games 2 and 4; Those games are on TNT
Good , 3 out of 4 games, played at weekend.
So is Steve Nash set for game 1? Pretty sure he strongly hinted that he was highly doubtful for game 1 and maybe even game 2, and depending on the results of the first two games (if Lakers go down 0-2) he might not play at all.
Has there been an update on his status?
Anywhere we can go to purchase these games after it's over? Does the NBA sell them on itunes?
Not sure but that's a great idea if they don't.
I don't think I've ever seen that in the past. I do know there are a couple of basketball torrent sites that upload the games after, if that's your bag.
So, the lakers won't be playing anymore when May arrives....cool.
