I'm hoping for a Bayern/Dortmund final, I'm tired of watching Barca and Real.
Barca = Fcked
oh well...had to happen sooner or later
I'm hoping for a Bayern/Dortmund final, I'm tired of watching Barca and Real.
You have a 50% shot of seeing your wish because there's no way Barca beats Bayern.
Just pump more HGH into Messi and it'll take care of everything.
I always hated that band. And that song didn't made it better.
Real's form is much different than the group stage where Dortmund took 4 points. With that said, I think the miracle in extra time vs. Malaga may have injected new life in Dortmund. I'll take Die Schwarzgelben 2-1 in the home leg, 2-2 at RMAO.
FC Hollywood 4-1 over Barca at home. 3-3 at Camp Nou
BVB over Bayern in PKs (Robben with the clincher into Row Z)

How old is Robben? That guy looks like he's 40 lol
If Barca can magically come out of Munich with a draw or a high-scoring 1-goal loss, they'll have a great chance at moving on to the final. What's everyone's opinion on the current system, away goals counting more than home?
I'm cool with it, what it needs change is the extra time rule. The away goal shouldn't count on extra-time, is unfair for the team playing the second game at home.
Hadn't even thought of that before but yeah that should be changed. I think the rule is stupid, it should be eliminated. I just don't get the point of it, it doesn't really eliminate aggregate draws (and thus extra time and eventually penalties).
It doesn't completely eliminate it but it diminishes it to the tiniest expression. IMO the away goal gives the games more excitement. Let's say a series ended 1-1 on the first game and in the second game the score is 0-0 with 15 minutes remaning. With no away goal rule both teams would play it safe and probably bore all the way 'till the penalties (kinda like what happens in the WC) but with the current rule at least one team has to push forward therefore leaving more open spaces for the other to counterattack, thing that provides more entertainment.

If Barsa can somehow play like they did against Manu.. their unbeatable. But it's hard to play a perfect game, only comes in spurts.
But something in me tells me they'll play like that again because their about to face a tough tough opponent, an opponent that has everything to eliminate them.

by the way do any of you know if Messi will start? I heard he still hasn't been cleared to play
He'll probably play when he's gonna be needed, which is like the whole game, so yeah, Messi is playing the whole game.

Okay thanx Venti
Pretty much this, tbh.
I'm getting nervous as a mother er as kickoff crawls nearer. I hope all the Hoeneß-mess and the news about acquireing of Götze didn't up the teams mindset towards the game.
Honestly, I hate the away goal rule in general.
It should just be whoever has the most goals after both legs wins. Like Barca/PSG should have gone to extra time/penalties. I'm glad Barca advanced but it just felt weird.
Really really nervous about today's game. Am taking a half day at work so I can watch it with a friend at the local bar. As long as Barca gets 1-2 away goals and doesn't lose by more than a goal I'm happy.
2-1 Bayern or especially 2-2 Barca would have me pleased.
Abidal was phenomenal over the weekend. Was surprised they played him a full 90 minutes as I was hoping we'd see a bit of him tonight with Adriano suspended.
Except in extra time, that's dumb as DAF mentioned.
e.g. Tottenham wins 3-0 at home (90 min), Inter wins 3-0 at home (90 min). Goes to ET (30 min), 1-1. Tottenham advances because they're paying ET 'away'.
That's dumb. The weight of the away rule is too disproportionate in ET.
it has always been like that
Barca fans are just making up excuses![]()
I'm so nervous for this game.
Barca may get stomped
Also, Gotze is headed to Bayern on July 1st. Pity the news leaked while Dortmund is still in the CL.
Im in a sports bar ready to troll bartha fans
