I know for a fact that there are people in Dwight Howard's life trying to sell him on Houston. But like I said, I think he stays in L.A.

Jimmy will go on a -sucking spree on Sunset Blvd if it means getting Dwight to stay. He needs someone to sell jerseys in Kobe's absence.

I think he will stay in LA, but I'd leave if I was him, tbh, unless Phil Jackson returns to coach the Lakers, which is doubtful..

He's in a no-win situation with the Lakers..Kobe's going to eventually return as an inferior player looking to stat-pad career numbers..they don't have any future assets or lottery picks..they are going to be even worse next year, tbh..

Houston makes a lot of sense IMO..

Christian NBA Athlete Dwight Howard Has Multiple Children Out-of-Wedlock
    By maria in Christian News · February 19, 2013 · 4 comments
NBA Star Dwight Howard said he wants to use his NBA career to raise the name of God within the league and throughout the world.

NBA Star Dwight Howard told the media that he wants to use his NBA career to raise the name of God within the league and throughout the world; however, the 27-year-old athlete’s actions are contradictory of his words.

In 2007, the star impregnated an Orlando Magics dancer named Royce Reed. In an attempt to keep the child’s birth a secret, Howard acquired a court order restricting Reed from mentioning his name in the media. Unfortunately for Howard, Reed violated the terms of their agreement, and starred on VH1′s “Basketball Wives” and mentioned him on social media platforms. The athlete won a defamation judgement against Reed and initially sought $550,500,000, per the former lovers’ paternity agreement that stipulated a $500 fine for each time Reed mentioned Howard in public.

Today, reports claim Howard has an additional four children by four different women since the birth of he and Reed’s son in 2007. As with Reed, most of the children and their mothers are kept a secret. Reed took to her Twitter page yesterday to post a picture of her son and two of her son’s alleged siblings. Although Howard makes significant contributions to philanthropy and is active in the youth programs at his church in Atlanta, he is struggling to abstain from fornication.

These allegations of Howard’s additional children surface just a day after R&B singer/adult toy line owner Kandi Burruss was slammed for recording a gospel song with Marvin Sapp. Unlike Howard, the singer is transparent about her life and admits to her faults, but many Christians still believe Burruss is being hypocritical because of her business endeavors with adult toys and adult talk shows.

Tbh, this saga is a win/win for Lakerhaters everywhere.... either the Lakers finally suffer the embarrassment of a superstar voluntarily leaving them, or they give way too much money to a mentally weak monkeyballer who will NEVER win anything of note

$30 million reasons he'll stay. Lakers will improve next year. Hard to believe the leagues most popular franchise will stay put. Even if they get the wrong pieces again, make no mistake, they will make some changes. Jim Buss reminds me of Dan Snyder's Redskins. Too much power but has no clue how to run a successf franchis.

But I believe they're stuck in mediocrity for the next 2-3 seasons. 2nd seed is their ceiling in this timeframe tbh.
