Like I said, you guys deserve a pass. This is uncharted territory. You guys are still reeling from Dwight's exit interview. I haven't heard that many mentions of "I", "Me" and "My" in a statement that didn't involve Obama.

I wouldn't mind seeing D12 bolt. He's a monkeyballer with no post game to rely upon when he can't jump out the gym. If the Lakers could somehow S&T him for a PG/SF and picks, I'm all for it. Pau could go then back to his natural position of center. After Kobe's contract expires next season, the Lakers can utilize that $30M to fill out the roster.

I said this in the Spurs forum a while back, but considering the guys that get the max in the league, Dwight's a no-brainer choice to throw that money at just for the numbers he gives you. Pair him with Chris Paul, who is actually clutch and can actually finish a game with the ball in his hands and they're pretty damn good with role players around them. Kobe making that kind of money just to rehab is going to suck, especially with the luxury tax.
