LOL @ Ironman being the best superhero flicks. Decent at best, so overrated
10:30am on the west coast which means no kids to deal with... cool, what isn't cool is the price of our goodies. Two nachos, two drinks, max popcorn, what 60 bucks? That should be illegal, it's like water out in the middle of the Sahara, you could charge a 100 bucks a drink and people would have to pay it.
Anyway...
Of all the Superhero flicks, the Ironman ones are the best, and I expect this one to be the best of the three.
Am curious about The Rock as Hercules later this year, a half black Greek, hmmm? Still waiting for Elric, which if done right would be...the...sword & sorcery/fantasy flick of all time. Amazing saga.
LOL @ Ironman being the best superhero flicks. Decent at best, so overrated
movie is a fkn joke, dunno how it gross that much so far....
u be disappointed man
Agreed. I watched it 2 days ago. Sold so well cause of its name imo
I'm stoked, tbh. Can't wait to see it.
If Iron man isn't my favorite super hero movie, its definitely in my top 3.
Like pro rasslin' ya toss out reality and simply go with it. This was no different, ya don't go to watch these MARVEL flicks looking for plot developement you are there to be overwelmed with sight and sound. Yep, the flick delivered big time. The special effects...very special. What seperates Iron Man from all the other Superhero flicks is pretty obvious...Robert Downey Jr. He simply has.."it".
It did start off a bit slow but once it kicked in you didn't feel so bad spending $6.50 for a $1.00 drink. Yep, worth the $$$$$$$$...all of it.

fact is you should never expect too much connotation from movies of this genre imho. fictional films are made to entertain people rather than educate them, and the ironman series is probably the best of this category in years. price is probably a bit too high so im just gonna download it from the internet and watch it for free tbh
Well no guy, really?
Some movies...MUST...be seen at the theater, the size of it all, the 3-D, the sound system...BIG n' LOUD!!!!!!!! Just not the same unless you have that.
I couldn't care less abut 3D.
Its just a gimmick to charge you twice as much.
I've gone to a few IMAX Theater to see a movie in 3D. Its cool for the first few times but the novalty wears off.
have a 40' LCD tv at home, know it ain't closely the same experience as in the cinema but i guess you can't masturbate in a cinema while watching the movie. watching @ home comes with great comfort & convenience which can pretty much make up for the lack of 3-D and sound effects imho
That's you, I dig the out of it.
Get yourself a Sony Bravia HD 3D TV.
They pack a punch in your wallet but if you're into 3D. They have it.
Then stop complaining about how much they charge you in theaters.
A 40 inch wouldn't make a pimple on the ass of what 50 foot by 30 or some ridiculous like that? Do you have a sound system where you are vibrating in your seat? You feel like your brain is pulsating.
Dude, it's real REAL obvious you need some pussy. Might straighten your freaky ass out.
Ok man, anything else you want me to do? As we know your wish is my command.
I'll watch it only because RDJ is the perfect guy to play Tony Stark
Oh yeah, and I want to see Kingsley as the bad guy
downey is a real badass and a perfect actor for the tony stark role, but scarlett johanson doesn't show in this movie which's the only pity imho. this movie features no one worth masturbating to
And he's the reason Ironman is the best of the Superhero flicks. RDJ has no equal in that department.
Ironman has brough Downy Jr. some of his manhood back.
His career consisted of making music videos for Elton John. lol
Come on man, you have any idea how many movies he's been in?
dude also portrayed chaplin earlier in his career. drugs and pussies almost ruined his career when he was young, and even though he's come through those s, they still en bered his progress pretty bad. downey could've also established himself as a legend like tom hanks or at least nicolas cage imho
You have any idea how many movies he's been in? Tons~~~~~~
yeah dude is a prolific actor but he hasn't played many roles that he often gets remembered for. he's basically the same level as brad pitt and john travolta, but one or two steps behind the likes of tom hanks and tom cruise imho. as much success as he's made in hollywood, dude should've achieved more with his own talent and his dad's legacy tbh
Dont get me wrong, RDJ+Stark = perfect match
But the best superhero flick?
GTFO
TDK Trilogy >>>> Iron Man > First Class > The Avengers > the rest
