Every coach has their flaws, Thibs's flaw is overplaying his players during the regular season, but overall, he's the best coach in the NBA, tbh, only Pop is close..
His system is elite, he can plug in players that fit the system, the lack of talent on his team hasn't hindered their success..they have been missing their "franchise player" and still managed to win a series, now up 1-0 on the defending champs..
Unfortunately, Thibodeau has been given a coward for a star player(and a PG, which exacerbates the problem)..

Running players into the ground is a minor flaw compared to most other coaches, tbh, it's very fixable..
Having a successful system is the key to being a good coach in the NBA, more important than in-game adjustments and rotations IMO..Thibodeau's system does not rely on talent, unlike every other coach in the NBA outside of Pop..

Carlisle is a solid coach, too, tbh..
He relies on vets too much, but he has a good system on both ends..

Well, the MVP is a regular season award and Robinson was born to play those first 82 games. Everybody knows why he has no Finals MVPs though.
