Duncan also rebounded like ass.
Kawhi playing like for the most part.
I'll find a way to blame Bonner.
Duncan's stats look decent, but he took some horrible shots and looked too mechanical, tbh..
Defensively, he was terrible, he got destroyed in the pick&roll..one of his worst defensive games of the season..
Parker was atrocious on both ends, and it appears that he benefited greatly from the Lakers D-league compe ion..he's missing shots that he usually makes, floaters and mid-range jump shots..
Manu started off well offensively, but he got worse as the game progressed..he missed too many chip-shots..he had trouble against the length of Green and Barnes..
Defensively, Manu was atrocious, he got murdered and fell asleep too much..
Pop coached a poor game..strategy against Curry was horrible, rotations were horrible, played some of the ty lineups we saw against the Lakers, etc..
Spurs aren't going anywhere if the 4 most important people on the team are performing poorly, obviously..the big 3 were all terrible on both ends of the floor..

cosign timmy's pick n roll defense. it was terrible terrible terrible.
I'm hoping Duncan's poor performance was his stomach illness. Way way to many times there was a rebound in his neighborhood that he didn't even try for
He looked slower than i seen him all season
Maybe it's not surprising since the Warriors came of a compe ive six game series and the Spurs are coming of a non compe ive series and week of rest. I wonder if starting Baynes would have made a difference. This is almost like '11 again but with Splitter instead of Manu.
haha counting GS's eggs before they are hatched.
Tony Parker's J on the clutch has been missing
...And despite it all the Spurs somehow pulled it off. GS choked it away, but wow...
the lineups were quite bad, but Pop was definitely trying to pull strings to get the Spurs to play better.
Spurs won the game despite the entire big 3 playing poorly..great sign, tbh..
22-61 shooting from the Big 3. 36%. Need more from then.
I'm ok withTimmy putting this numbers with the flu. But let's hope he's ok in Game 2 so he can beast again.
Parker was much better later in the game, but he benefited from Thompson's absence..
He's still missing too many shots that he typically makes, especially the mid-range J..
Richard Jefferson with the most positive plays he's ever made for the Spurs. Thanks
Thank you Mr. Jackson.
The last play topped off a horrible job.
Add a 5th player. If Splitter plays, the middle is controlled. GSW turns into a jump-shooting team and that makes them more beatable.
+1. Splitter being out was huge. If he plays, that will keep Blair on the bench where he belongs. It also gives us another rebounder and shot blocking presence in the paint..
We definitely need Splitter defensively. Not so much playing next to Duncan although if that can work it'll clog GS's paint. The reason they had the lead was all the easy penetration and shots inside.
Hint: Watch the first three minutes of the second half.
