Great song, but DJ Screw deserved what he got for making albums where he just took other people's and played it at half speed.

That's ed up. He got what he deserved for smoking that wet, and sippin' lean. Screwed music is an acquired taste, but sounds perfect when you're high as or "leanin'" off something.
It's not slowing the music down that should be the measuring stick for what he does. He invented the style of slowed music yes, but that's not the only thing he did on his mixtapes. He was a legit DJ, mixed, scratched, etc, all on 100% vinyl which is harder than it looks, and a dying art form these days.
