I've decided to do everything possible to increase my vertical jump. If Nate Robinson can dunk then why can't I? As it stands if a regulation hoop was 9 feet tall I'd be rolling.

Strap some ankle weights on, and leap frog across a football field. Do that 4/5 days a week for a month. I guarantee after 30 days you'll be able to jump a little higher, then simply proceed.
While some things do favor a particular race jumping high isn't one of them. Most of the worlds great high jumpers are from Europe. But a black cat holds the WR.

s have extra calf muscles. if your a too you can possible make yourself a springy man through hard training. no racist but if you're white you better not work too hard in jump training unless you wanna up your knees before your 30th birthday like bobby sura and brent barry tbh

when I was a teenager I used to stand in front of my garage and jump as high as I could and touch the house, then pick a point above where I touched and just keep jumping until I reached that point, rinse repeat. This way you can visualize your goal and achieve it. Also, any time I was just standing around I would go up and down off of my tip-toes rapidly to work out my calves. I could probably get an hour a day of that spread out across the whole day.
