I didn't even use the Pau Playoff record without Kobe stat Mid. But 0-16 is pathetic though no matter how you look at it. 0-16....0-16!!!! Christ at least win one.

Not impressed, he lost and did not do enough them getting blown out may rule out pace but makes him look even worse tbh
I like Pau but your argument is still bull ...
How do you figure that?
I just showed you Duncan outperforming Kobe when they've played the same teams, all which featured Kobe in his "prime." What makes you suddenly think Duncan isn't going to outperform him against that Sixers' team? That's an average line (for a prime superstar, as you claim him to be at that time) aside from the rebounds. His points-per-game would be great, but he needed 21 shots to average 24 points. Not the best efficiency. Also worth mentioning is that he didn't shoot over 50% in a single game that series.
Did you not see the 01 WCF? Kobe was better than Duncan, clearly.
We can't forget the fact that you need to win the first 3 rounds to make it to the Finals too. Those matter too.
And? We're talking about Finals MVPs. Not Western Conference playoff MVPs, which there's no award for. Winning the Western Conference Finals doesn't win you the le. And funny as it seems, Philly was actually the toughest matchup that year. They actually managed to win a game and didn't get blown out every game like the Spurs. And who was it that stepped up most against the 2nd best team in the league that year? Shaq.
And it's funny how you ALWAYS bring up '01. That's the only instance of Kobe ever playing like a true superstar in the playoffs when he was alongside Shaq, so I understand why you do it. What can I say?
He got hot. It happens.
Other than that, Kobe has only broken 44% shooting once in the playoffs when he played with Shaq.
Deuce Bigalow now bringing up Western conference finals stats

Better than Duncan when?
In '01?
24.5, 14.5, 3.8, 2.7bpg on .488 shooting is pretty much a statistical wash with Kobe's playoff stats that year.
And given Kobe's penchant for underperforming in the Finals, I say there's a more than good chance Duncan wins the Finals MVP.
Typical Deuce.
He always cherry picks situations where Bryant had his best stats/performances and tries to support his argument with them.
Gotta hand it to you Mid.you sometimes can be the most negative fan especially during the first round but you go ham on these Kome fanboys all the time

How bout the stats for missing the playoffs in your prime for Kobe and Duncan..how do those work out?..
It really was quite a stretch run Kobe led that 2004-05 team on,...with him healthy and in the lineup they won 2 or their last 20: http://www.basketball-reference.com/.../gamelog/2005/
Yeah, let's not mention his teammates at all!
They had nothing to do with it. They all averaged 25 points per game on 80% shooting while Pau folded.
at the lengths Lakerfan will go to on Pau to prop up Kobe.
And truth be told, Kobe, the guy who was dropping 81 points in a game and being compared to Jordan, didn't have much more team success than Pau.
'05: Missed the playoffs.
'06: Blew a 3-1 to the Suns.
'07: Lost 4-1 to the Suns.
So "the best player in the league" as you idiots called him back then won a whopping 4 more playoff games in a 3 year span than did Pau in his 3 playoff appearances with Memphis.
It was all Smush's fault!
What's funny is Pau and the Grizz made the 05 playoffs while the great Mamba didn't.![]()
So you're saying he wasn't the best player in the league then?
Not sure, but I'd love to suck on her anus till her head caved in
Funny Spurs fans. When the Lakers are losing its Kobe's fault. When they are winning it's a team accomplishment.
What in the... do The Lakers have to do with this thread, BT ingWay? Geez. I swear, this place is completely infested with these rats.
It's always "Kobe missed the Playoffs" and "Lakers stacked team won championships"
Pick a ing side.
Because Kobe was the leader on those years they didn't make/ failed in the playoffs. In the championship years? No. Shaq.![]()
I just posted 7-22 (Duncan's FG% this game) and Mid brought up Kobe lol
and Gasol too right? The" real" leader.
