Is Daaaawhite even a top 5 big?

I'd take both Gasols, Noah, Randolph, Duncan over the guy who Mitch told, "Your jersey is gonna be hanging up there."

the teacher is a smooth talker, and a great business man. Were not mad because it could be worse.....

Right now I'm only seeing 2 teams remaining that appear to be capable of playing championship level defense. Unfortunately, neither of them wear the silver and black

Great businessmen don't sign 40 year old point guards to 3 year deals worth 27 million dollars.

Mitch is a below average GM, at best.

NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT ING MINDS WOULD WANT TO SEE DUNCAN MAKE THE FINALS THIS YEAR...Spurs being there would severely damage the NBA brand..this is one time I'm all for the FIX being in...

    The Police?

    Nahhh The Spurs

He does not have a crystal ball... and money is never an issue for the Lakers, dont hate cause we more popular than you. But yeah 9 mill is more than I would of paid, i think around the 4-6 mill max is what he should of gotten.

What's funny is none of us thought Memphis would be in this position after their trades during the season. ing inger.

i actually thought it was a smart hire. the guy is obviously very smart and passionate about bball and numbers. you could do a lot worse....like whoever the Lakers have crunching their stats.

tbh, your future isn't bright as it once was. meaning, the league is moving closer to a hard cap or something similar, which will severely over the Lakers success. Even if Lakers win a ring before Spurs, i don't see you guys ever having some dynasty like the 80s or 00s. you might have to eke it out like the rest of us

Charles Barkley is picking the Grizzlies to go to the FInals.

I hope he's right, but we gotta take care of Oklahoma City first. They are a tough team.

Take a look back at how useless Chauncey Billups was this year, because that's how the rest of Kirby's career is looking like it'll play out....

Having Barkley pick you is the kiss of death. Just ask the Spurs.

Likewise, always a fun series to watch with you all even though it tends to be the most gut wrenching; not often I get sick after a game like this.

you don't know the particulars of the deal. it's possible Time warner can opt out if Lakers become a trainwreck like appear headed. I imagine TW will continue to pay though because Lakers=bandwagoners+bean3rs=profits.

But with the new luxury tax, Lakers won't be spending like they once did. Owners don't give a , with the revenue sharing they'll gladly take more of their pie.

I hate to say it, but not really, but Lakers dynasty days are behind them, Rapist won't be the same.

if the league goes to a hard cap, Spurs and the fanbase would be far better prepared for that than Lakers.

we both know they are not opting out. thats that. Kobe's contract is done after this year, and if he comes back theres no ing way hes getting more than 12-15 mill. Lakers will have the cap to attract some other super star for the future, you got to remember bro this is LA, and people want to come here and run the show. Im sure management upstairs is workin on somethin for the future. Like for example, no troll intended with this, but in 2014 lebrons a free agent and you say choose SA or LA what do you think he will say?
