My mother in law worked (retired) at the local welfare office, a few times I had to go in there for some reason or another. Mexicans in there with a baby in a stroller, a couple sitting around mom and she's pregnant. Who pays for all this aid?
mexican moms have every right to celebrate their festival. a mexican will experience 10+ more times of the painful parturation than an average woman from any other country

I'm mexican and live in Mexico City, and yes, I have to admit that we're some of the worst drivers in the world...... we're aggressive and we don't respect traffic signs because the law isn't enforced here so everyone does as they please. That's slowly changing here in the big city and the surrounding areas (State of Mexico) where they've recently approved a new set of traffic rules, but still, that doesn't mean that everybody respects them.
