Why are you capitalizing the word "felon"? A felon is someone who was convicted of a felony. It doesn't indicate dishonesty. If you've ever driven intoxicated, you're a felon too you just weren't caught. In fact, I'd bet you've done plenty to have a felony if you were ever caught and prosecuted. That would make you a felon. Still, it's the same person you are now.

If the man was unarmed, intoxicated, and incapable of fighting back (all of which are facts), then what good reason is there for 8 officers to beat him until he is dead? After hitting him a couple of times to disable him from retaliating, why not taze him at that point? Why not use pepper spray? Why continue beating him until he is dead?
