I don't need to have perfect evidence to reach tentative conclusions, but will be more than happy to change my mind that these officers almost certainly beat a guy to death unnecessarily, if sufficient credible contravening evidence is presented.
Maybe he's just saying the police haven't had a chance to intimidate the witnesses into recanting.

Are you telling me that this is conclusive evidence of Police killing and innocent man? Do you not remember Rodney King? This was the reaction of everyone who actually saw a CLEAR video of police wailing with batons all over RK - yet - the jury acquitted the officers. Why?
Because the video didn't prove anything. It didn't prove what the public WANTED to be proved. It proved that RK was a dumbass for not putting his hands behind his back - but other than that - the video didn't prove anything else. This video was 100 times worse - vague, dark, no positive ID's, etc....
