The owners will respond to EVERY single negative review and justify their y existence by challenging the reviewer to produce a receipt or it didn't happen. Who the saves a restaurant receipt?

Katy Cipriano, the girl who was fired/quit on the episode of Kitchen Nightmares did an AMA on Reddit (Ask Me Anything) in which she stated she only made $8/hr. I'm sorry, but that's not a great paycheck. Remember, folks, Amy, or rather Amanda Patricia Bossingham, was convicted of obtaining a line of credit using a false SSN. Which means, she is a convicted thief and liar. She has scammed a bank, and someone else who owned that SSN out of money, and was found guilty in a court of law, and had to pay back over $35K in res ution. Amy and Samy desperately want us, the public, to believe she doesn't steal money from employees, but we have the word of an employee, Katy, stating otherwise. Not to mention, they admitted on their show to taking the tips! Why should we believe the word of a convicted felon/liar/thief over that of an innocent teenage girl who was just trying to do her job? Nice try, Amy. No amount of PR is going to fix things. Additionally, you don't close down for half a week and then have a "Grand Re-opening". The world is not going to forgive you in less than a week.
