i don't mind the hate speech it's what makes Spurstalk one of the best sports forums on the internet...i just never understood why a pair of bare breast is so frowned upon considering the environment around here.

Why the lamenting? People have to try to get banned here, and when they want to be banned they are. It's not like they didn't know what they were getting into.
I'm guessing it was the penises and banging more than the breasts.
Anyway... they are banned for just a day, so I don't get the big deal or why anyone is even questioning it.
But I'm sure that I'll get tons of comments, messages, emails about "free speech," "civil rights," "uncons utional acts," blahblahblah...

the operators of this forum obviously are operating following the 1st ammendment principles.
and btw it is a privately owned forum, but it's open to the public so they still have to respond to federal regulations.

You guys are opening Pandora's box. The less reasons to get banned and in trouble the better this forum is. No one actually comes to the NBA forum to discuss basketball.
