I'm sorry, when did I call Hakeem a jump shooter? They were the first team to make threes a legitimate weapon, and they were only able to do so because they played inside out. Took one of the best post players ever to allow them to do it. That's why he's the first one to get the credit, because even with all those great shooters, that Rockets team is the Dallas Mavericks without him.
You all are right that the GS shooters cooled off after game 2. I guess what I was saying is that after those first two ridiculous games, it was so sweet to watch the fate of the Warriors come down to two open 3-point shots by Thompson and Curry ... and to watch them both rim out. It's like, welcome back to reality. I think I yelled louder on those two misses than I did on any Spurs makes, except for Kawhi's follow-up slam of course!
