Suit filed against Derek Fisher
Ousted NBA players' association executive director Billy Hunter alleges in a lawsuit that president Derek Fisher had a secret deal with owners during the 2011 lockout that benefited himself, his publicist and certain players.
Hunter contends that Fisher undermined Hunter's efforts to make an agreement and interfered with his position by secretly negotiating with select owners in violation of union bylaws.

I believe Hunter on this one. Hope he wins this.
Not only that, he'll wind up winning a ton of cash in a counter suit as well. That daughter with the ed up eye really has been a gift for Derek Fisher and boy is he exploiting it. I wouldn't be surprised if Fisher weaseled his way onto the Miami Heat next year claiming his daughter needs Miami sun to keep her healthy

The case will end up like the finale to Big Daddy. Fisher will give some long speech about his daughter and the sacrifices he's had to make, the courtroom will erupt in applause, and the prosecution will be like "your honor, pending on blood tests I .... whatever."
mother er is an accomplice of stern and i think there's a reason he could serve in that position for so long while getting away with all those daughter frauds tbh
