He misplayed the last seven or eight minutes of the game. Called time-outs at the wrong time, made the wrong subs utions. He totally wasted George's effort tonight.

I can't believe I wasted so much time watching a game only to have it end with a coach single-handedly cost his team a huge game.
Vogel is one of the 3 best coaches in the NBA, tbh..top 5 at worst..
He took a team with no stars, no PG, streaky shooters and no bench and took them deep in the playoffs two years in a row..
Even the best coaches make poor decisions at times, but he doesn't have much to work with, tbh..
he must have some in him imo
Why was Tyler out there instead of Hibbert? There's no excuse for that, guy choked as a coach.

Taking Hibbert out of the game when he's "the best rim protector in the league" as vogel said is the dumbest move of all. That cancels out every right things he did.

Some of the worst coaching I have ever seen. Roy Hibbert has to stand under the rim and be goalie. Worst thing is it happened twice.

Pop is the best coach in the league and he has made plenty of terrible decisions, tbh..
Vogel has a great system, on a team with no creators(overrated Paul George isn't a creator), horrible ball-handlers, mediocre post game and no bench, they're in the ECFs and almost beat Miami..
It sucks for him that he's going to get on by casual fans and media members that haven't followed the Pacers all year and don't know about the NBA, but I guess that's what he deserves for choking..

Yea I should've given them honorable mention. But Vogel is a Grade-A moron. Not just for taking your only shot blocker out of the game in the 2 most important possessions of the game, but also for continually drawing up plays for David West in the 4th/OT when he literally couldn't make anything, not even a FT, and Paul George is getting hot. Not only was Hibbert on the bench, there was a clean entry pass to the best player on the planet, no double with 2 seconds, no help D with everyone staying with their man. I mean, this is elementary level . 2 seconds? He doesn't have time to pass! And you don't deny entry or double? Dum dum dum dum dummmmmmmmmm

Vogel must own a lot of stock options on Nike, only thing I can think of.
Miami went small, Pacers had to match up. Either Lebron gets that layup, or Ray Allen/Bosh gets a clean look.
