Nah, I've seen enough. They aren't good enough to beat the Heat. Just look at the way they lost game 1 and closed out the 2nd quarter today. They're soft headed. Heat in 4 or 5.
That 3-poiinter is precisely the momentum I didn't want the Heat to go into the locker room with.

Let's hope. Those technicals were some of the worst calls I've ever seen. Yes, worse than the Jackson technical last year in game 6 of the WCF.
Of course he gets calls, but he didn't even finish in the top 5 in FTAs this year, behind jump shooters like Durant and Vino..
OKC thought the same last year in the Finals.
Heat dont even need to shoot great from 3 ... only timely.
Miller 3 at end of half is exactly what buried Thunder.
If the Pacers had a truly excellent offensive shooter, one who regularly erupted for 25-35 points a game, they could be one of the most unstoppable teams in the NBA.
They already lacked penetration before Curry got hurt. People need to stop exempting game 3 when he got hurt right at the end of that game. The secret to them getting locked down was that SA was giving them way too much respect on their driving abilities. They kept sagging off and that's what they wanted. Klay can't drive for and neither can Jack unless he gets a head of steam or has a slow big on him. Curry, while good, is not an elite slasher like D. Rose, Westbrook, Parker, etc either. The Spurs were just defending them improperly at first.
Agree with Chuck ... said the same thing ... great pass Lebron is soo strong.
I agree they aren't good enough, but neither is Memphis, tbh, yet most fans spent months trying to convince themselves that the Grizzlies can beat the Heat..
The Pacers aren't soft or mentally weak, their problem in clutch time is the lack a go-to guy, tbh..
Oh you guys were gonna win anyway ...
My point was just that the Heat are a better team with better penetrators.
We'll see man, but the Pacers haven't been fluking it to stay close. They got lucky to send game 1 to OT, but they have played them well for a significant portion of this first game and a half so far. I think they deserve props for it since it's kind of unexpected it's actually this close. The Heat aren't exactly dominating them. . .they got lucky too.
Samuel L. Jackson @SamuelLJacksonnow
Knee Pads for Chuck please!!!
LOL Samuel L calling everyone out! He just tweeted that after Chuck was drooling over Lebron's pass.
I can't disagree with that. Both LeBron and Wade are better slashers than anyone on the Warriors. LeBron especially. . .dude's a damn tank.
Great point like when you take Lebron's out your mouth and post real basketball takes.
I like Lebron too but jeez, Harlem.
What do you think of a possible finals match between the two teams you shamelessly bandwagon?
well tbh, when 3 great players join forces, they shouldn't even need ref help, but it still happens at times because of the league's hard on for superstars who push product. Heat don't get Thunder type of treatment, but let's not act like they are the Jazz.
I've always liked The Pacers. They actually gave The Heat a pretty hard time last year in The Eastern Semis. They've come a long way in just the last couple of years, IMO.
Love Samuel but that was agreat pass and one that deserves praise.
Many focused on the shot but I also realized what a difficult pass that was if you play ball try it.
Run full speed, stop on a dime and throw a cross court pass in to the shooter's pocket. On a rope. With just enough touch.
that was Magicesque ...
Called it.
Thanks Chuck, refs pussification is pathetic.
Every team gets hot tbh. The Heat have the highest potential out of any team in the NBA in terms of ceiling, but they have yet to reach it. So far this year in the playoffs, GS had the best perimeter shooting while the Heat have underwhelmed (thanks in large part to Battier and Allen ting the bed). Could be the same scenario as last year, but as of now the Heat's 3-point threat isn't as main a concern as it should be.
Agree but they are way overdue. Im calling it right now game 1 or 6 (if it goes that far) will be a 3 point barrage by the Heat in the finals.
James or Bosh will start it and ray, Miller, Battier and Chalmers will finish it.
Those guys (the bench) are due to get hot.
I love Chuck. no other words need to be said. oh boy he's going to receive a call from Dictator.
Chuck going HAM on the refs. Get 'em Chuck!![]()
