I think the % of teams who win game 1 and go on to win the series is pretty much automatic. But it's always nice to see the underdawg get one.

Yeah but that stat is really deceptive if you ask me. Think of how much that stat is watered down by first round series where 1 seed crushes the 8 seed, 2 seed kicks the ass of the 7 seed, 3 seed beats the 6 seed, etc.

I'd be very surprised if that % is still the same for conference finals series where game 1 is won by one point at the buzzer in OT then game 2 is lost immediately after. It's probably a lot lower in those situations. Especially if you at least remove the first round from the equation which involves too many high seeds killing low seeds.
