Nah, if you watch Allen closely he looks downward right before he does it so he wouldn't just accidentally hit a guys foot he's looking right at when he hits it. He pretends to stumble because he's a bad actor/flopper. I just thought it was hilarious and a good insight into the type of guy he really is behind the scenes. Compe ors don't do that kind of trash to each other outside the whitsle if there's mutual respect there. Kind of shows he's probably legitimately despised and for good reason.

In the previous shot you can see that Allen is near the paint and has to take the long way around by the Spurs bench just to be in position to run into Splitter. Once you know that, it's pretty hard to argue that it was just an accident and he just happened to be in that area.

This. Allen even walked in between Spurs players on the way back to his bench. He clearly meant do do that to Tiago.
