Fines are a stupid way to go about "solving" the problem. They should give out a few warnings, then suspend for a game. That would pretty much solve the issue if it was strictly enforced imo.

Hey what happened to my Bosh flopping against Boozer gif?..it was up there before and now its gone from instantrply its still in the menu: http://instntrply.com/?s=bosh+flop but no longer extant when you click on it: http://instntrply.com/2011/02/24/bosh-flop-gif/ I wonder if they had it taken down, LOL..I'm not a conspiracy theorist so I what I think happened was that it got to the point to where they had to decide if they were going to be just a website for Heat flop gifs or if they were going to have other stuff..like it overloaded the servers after last night, and then probably the 50 new flop gifs from tonights game pushed out the oldest 50..Hopefully someday there will be a website with enough bandwicth to contain all the Heat flop gifs..
