Laker fans are usually bandwagoners and frontrunners, but they have been supporting the Lakers for a long time. Hop off the bandwagon when they're losing, talk tons of when they're winning.

Heat Bandwagoners kind of came out of no where. They were the same gots on my facebook page that were rooting for Celtics in 08, Cavs 09-10, Heat 11-present. How can someone hop on so many teams s?

I approve of this thread Most people i know who became Heat fans talk about they 'kind of liked Miami' before, adding that Wade was one of their favorite players but the Heat wasn't necessarily their favorite team. So yes lots of bandwagoners..Although i think a lot of people who support Miami now, didn't really have a favorite team before 2010-2011.

Actually...I noticed the guys that support the Heat and Lebron were the guys that loved MJ alot but didnt really follow much basketball after that. They kind of checked in here and there but never liked the NBA, definitely hated Kobe, and didnt follow basketball. Suddenly, they followed Lebron and root for him.

I can understand why the NBA needs Lebron to win since he has brought such a huge new fan base, but I just don't get what the appeal is about him. Even though I didn't like Jordan, and was well alive to watch him in his prime, I had to stop and be amazed at what I was witnessing.
