Can someone clarify something for me? I was wondering why he wasn't ejected in the first place. Didn't he get a Flagrant 1 and a technical? Or was it just the Flagrant 1? If he got both, shouldn't he have been ejected? I thought Kerr or someone said it was a double technical, but not sure if that's what was called.

The NBA should have ejected him in game 5, but that would've given the Pacers an edge in potentially going up 3-2 and back to Indiana. . .can't have that. Instead, suspend him for a game the Pacers probably would've won anyway?
